What to Bring: Capacity to carry enough water for the trail, trail shoes and trail socks, smile and a sense of humour. Cedar Falls is just 600m from the finish point to cool down the muscles after the jaunt if keen or alternatively a refreshing drink at the Rainforest Restuarant.
