Veterans Trails mission is to provide an introduction to trails for Veterans, Emergency First Responders and Nurses to promote self-mindfulness through activity. Running and walking on trails has the unique ability to let participants of all levels partake in physical activity in environments that aid mindfulness. These trail activities also can give purpose and personal rewards to those who strive to reach and complete their goals. Our activities are primarily focused on mental wellness through physical activity and goal achievements. Additionally, we focus a large component of our activities on mindfulness through environmental conditions and sharing those conditions with comradery. Veterans Trails provides assisted group training leading to the main events, organising regular training trials.
